One bridal journey, not separate purchases

Engagement ring, wedding bands and bridal jewellery often need to work together. We can help you coordinate pieces, part exchange existing jewellery and create bespoke or personalised elements where required.

Bridal Jewellery with Jewellery-Making Knowledge Behind It

Gold Factory combines retail choice with a family background in jewellery manufacturing. That means we can help whether you want ready-made pieces, a matching set, alterations, bespoke work or a combination of all four.

Our jewellery ranges include gold in multiple purities, platinum, silver, natural and laboratory-grown diamonds, gemstones and personalised options.

Build Your Bridal Collection

Product availability changes. Out-of-stock designs can often be ordered through Pre-Order, while unique or unusual requirements can be handled through bespoke manufacture.

Choosing Gold Purity and Colour

We sell jewellery across 22ct, 21ct, 18ct, 14ct and 9ct gold as well as platinum and silver. Bridal jewellery is often worn in combinations, so it is worth considering colour, purity, durability, weight and how the pieces will sit together.

Higher-purity gold has a rich colour but is softer. Delicate 22ct pieces should be treated with additional care, especially around clasps, fine links and stone settings.

Natural and Lab-Grown Diamonds

Bridal customers can choose natural or lab-grown diamonds. We can explain grading, certification, size and setting options so you can compare on the factors that matter to you rather than relying only on one headline grade.

Depending on the stone, certified diamonds may be supplied with reports from recognised laboratories such as GIA, IGI and others.

Bespoke Bridal Jewellery

A wedding is a natural time to create something personal. Our bespoke service can develop rings, matching bands, necklaces, pendants, bangles or other pieces from an idea, photograph or design brief.

For confirmed bespoke work, we normally take a minimum 50% deposit before CAD design begins. Lead times vary according to complexity, stone sourcing, manufacture and finishing.

Personalisation and Engraving

Initials, wedding dates, names, messages, birthstones and other personal details can be added where technically suitable. Engraving is not a same-day service, so it should be planned into the overall wedding timeline.

Part Exchange and Family Jewellery

Old gold and eligible diamond jewellery can be assessed for part exchange towards new bridal jewellery. In some bespoke projects we can also discuss using a customer’s own gold, but melting previously soldered jewellery can affect purity and hallmarking.

If a family piece has sentimental value, speak to us before deciding to melt or sell it. Repair, restoration, remodelling and part exchange are all different options and the right choice depends on what you want to preserve.

Planning and Appointments

Walk-ins are welcome, but an appointment is useful for a larger bridal purchase or bespoke consultation because it allows us to set aside more time and prepare relevant options. Bring inspiration images, existing rings that need to match, and any old jewellery you may want assessed.
