How Click & Reserve works
- Choose your item online and select Click & Reserve.
- Pay a 10% reservation online.
- We hold the item in store: ordinary jewellery for up to 3 calendar days, bullion for 1 day.
- Visit the store to complete your purchase. The cardholder who paid the reservation must attend personally and pay the balance with the same card.
Things to know
- The 10% reservation is refundable if you change your mind before completing the purchase.
- Photo ID is required for purchases above £500.
- A fully paid online card purchase is not a Click & Reserve order and is delivered to you instead.
- Bullion reservations do not lock the gold price. If the price rises, the final price rises and you may decline and receive your 10% back. If the price falls, the original reserved price remains.
