If something is not right with your order, please contact us and we will explain the options available for your item. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Start a return online

Before you start: you have 14 days from delivery to ask for a return or exchange. For hygiene we cannot take back earrings, including the earrings in a necklace or pendant set, nor nose pins, nath or belly bars. Everything else can be returned under our returns policy.
