For our family, jewellery knowledge did not begin with a website or showroom. Across four generations, jewellery businesses and workshops have been part of family life in different parts of the world. Growing up, workshop tools were our toys, and that exposure developed practical understanding from an early age.

Modern jewellery work can involve CAD, laser welding, XRF testing and precision equipment, but technology is most useful when the person using it understands metal, construction and how jewellery behaves at the bench.
