Photo and online valuations are preliminary only. A final value can be given once Gold Factory has physically received and assessed the item.
Our valuation fee is £35.00 plus 1% of the total valuation. We assess the jewellery first, then send you a payment link. Return postage is charged separately.
What happens next
We look at what you have sent, then come back to you with what we can do. From there you can sell outright, take a Gold Loan, post the items in or bring them to the shop.
